Agents are accountable to hit their individual goals.
All leads are to be called within 1 hour of receipt during business hours.
Attempted calls to be followed up every day until another status is recorded.
All objections during calls are to be tracked and brought up during Team Meetings.
Mandatory attendance in person for weekly Team Meetings.
A Team Zubor agent does not have a part-time mindset. If an agent is part-time, they will work 40 hours a week in real estate as well as their other job.
A Team Zubor agent does not have minimum requirements, only minimum results.
A Team Zubor agent does not have a valid excuse for not hitting their personal goals.
